  28. Cincinnati Reds 15-29 (e)
  29. Atlanta Braves 12-31 (+1)
  30. Minnesota Twins 11-32 (-1)

A little bit of shuffling this week throughout with a couple teams making some big jumps.  The Mariners moved up 7 spots after going 5-1 in their last 6 games and the Giants moved from 8 all the way up to 2 after going 5-1 as well.  A couple of things that are still clear however, is that the Cubs are still the best team in baseball, while the Reds, Braves, and Twins continue to be baseball's worst teams.

  30. Atlanta Braves 9-27 (e)

Not much has changed at the top and bottom with a little bit of shuffling in the middle.   The Cubs are still the best team in baseball with the White Sox, Nationals, Orioles and Red Sox hot on their trail.  The surprising Phillies are still keeping pace with the top teams as well, moving up 2 spots from 8 to 6.  At the bottom, the Braves are still doing a good job of the being the worst team, fighting off the Twins for that crown.
