Lots of changes in the top half of the rankings this week, but the bottom nine teams remain the same.  The Cleveland Indians made the biggest jump this week, going from 16th to 10th, while taking over 1st place in the AL Central.  Per usual, the Cubs are still at the top.  Another new team has moved into the top 3, with the Rangers taking over #2 in the rankings.
